Tbo Touch’s wine label is called TouchWarwick.
He expressed his joy by posting “what a time to be alive!”
He also shared a number of posts on his Instagram page on Saturday, where he is expressing how blessed he feels of this achievement.
According to Sowetan, businessman Sello Rasethaba was the one who blew the big bucks.
Well known public figures at the event included sports minister Fikile Mbalula and fashion designer David Tlale.
Touch’s vintage bottle was given a five-star rating by auction’s judges. “That’s affirmation from the highest society,” said Tbo Touch.
All money raised will be used to fund projects that improve life skills, education and training for underprivileged children in the Cape Winelands…
