Leader of the Incredible Happenings Ministries prophet Paseka “Mboro” Motsoeneng has accused the SABC of swindling him out of the more than half-a-million rand he paid for airtime to promote his church.

And in a bid to recoup his moola from the public broadcaster after attempts to get a refund proved fruitless, the prophet had since acquired the services of Johannesburg forensic audit firm, Sekelaxabiso.

The East Rand-based man of the cloth had also threatened to take legal actions against the SABC if it failed to refund him by the end of next month.

MboroMotsoeneng declined to comment and referred us to Sekelaxabiso director Boyce Mkhize.

Mkhize’s office asked us to e-mail them questions, and had not responded at the time of going to press.

But Motsoeneng and Mkhize’s chain of e-mails were telling. They revealed that the Bible puncher had demanded a R536000 refund from the SABC for the airtime he had bought on the broadcaster’s TV and radio stations.
