Ashley Parker Angel just proved he has what it takes to be Calvin Klein’s newest spokesmodel.

The former boy bander stripped down to the brand’s boxer briefs for another mirror selfie — showing off his abs and almost everything else!


Currently on a 90-day fitness challenge, the 34-year-old hottie has been showing his progress with inspirational Instagram posts and providing fitness and diet tips to his followers.

Whether your goal is to shred fat & get ripped or bulk up & gain muscle — the diet is the hardest part. My goal is to bulk which means I'm going to have to put on a little fat. For a natural bodybuilder, there's no way around it. If you're lucky enough to be a skinny teenager, going on a "bulk" diet means you can get away with eating dirty a lot more or "dirty bulking" as they call it — eating fast food, pizza, fries, milkshakes, etc until your hearts content. Congratulations, we all hate you. 🙂 Its not the healthiest option but you can afford to be a little more flexible and the added calories will help you put on muscle. I'm clean bulking right now, also called "lean bulking" which means I take in 6 to 7 meals a day, every day. However, the diet is just as strict as if I was trying to lose weight! This is where most people trying to put on lean muscle go wrong. I eat from only three sources of carbs on this diet: Oats, Sweet Potato, and Brown Rice. The simplicity helps me stay on target. I have only 1 cheat meal per week — not an entire cheat day. Eating super clean like this should help me maintain some abs in an effort to not let them disappear under too much body fat during this 90 day bulk. Shortly I'll be posting my entire meal plan.
