2 memorial services will be held for Soul Brother David Masondo. Friends, fans and family are expected to gather this morning in Newtown and Hammarsdale for David Masondo’s memorial service.
The iconic Soul Brother‘s frontman died on Sunday evening at the Garden City Hospital. David, who was 67-years-old, was admitted to hospital a week before his death, after suffering from exhaustion.
Details of the memorial services were announced on the band’s Facebook page, on Tuesday afternoon. Fans in Johannesburg can pay tribute to the star at the Museum Afrika in Newtown at 12noon.
And, fans in KZN wishing to pay their respects can do so at the Mpumalanga College in KZN at 2pm.
The music legend’s funeral will take place at 9am at the Hammersdale Stadium on Sunday.
